I worked in the same office as Viv in the late 1990s when we were working for BT in Felixstowe. During that time she shared details of a holiday booking firm she had used to book a holiday in The Algarve. We used this firm to book a villa in 1999 and have been using the same ever since and have enjoyed every minute of the holidays we have had there. This might seem trite and trivial in this time of sadness but small acts change lives.
She was also kind enough to give my son a ride into the office whilst he was doing his work experience as I was travelling quite a lot on business. This was a big help to us.
